Stratos Auto Group – Car Detailing Services

Welcome to Stratos Auto Group. By booking or using any of our car detailing services, you (the customer) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Scope of Services
We provide professional car detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washes, waxing, interior cleaning and other vehicle appearance enhancement services. All services are performed as per the package selected by the customer.
Appointments & Access

Appointments must be scheduled in advance, either online, by phone, or in person.

For mobile detailing services, the customer must provide a safe, legal, and accessible location with space to perform the service.

For drop-off services, the vehicle must be delivered and picked up at the agreed time and location.

For the detail to go ahead YOU must have a UK standard 3 pin electrical supply and a water source connecting to a hose that can reach to the cars location.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in and are subject to change without notice.

Prices will not vary due to the size of the car or the condition the car is in.

If you a requesting a detail outside of our 3 dedicated locations a fuel charge may be applied, this will be calculated on how far away you are.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept the following types of payments: Cash, Bank transferer and card payments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the intended detail requested.

No-shows may result in a full-service charge and possible denial of future bookings.

Customer Responsibilities

Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to any personal items left in the vehicle.

Customers must disclose any prior damage, sensitive surfaces, or aftermarket modifications that may be affected during detailing.

Liability Disclaimer

We take every precaution to protect your vehicle during service. However, Stratos Auto Group is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, worn or chipped paint, or weak clear coat.

Damage resulting from previously applied products or improper maintenance.

Issues caused by poor condition of vehicle materials (e.g., brittle plastics, aging rubber seals).

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address any concerns.

Weather Policy (For Mobile Services & Drop off services)

In cases of extreme weather (rain, snow, excessive heat, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule mobile appointments to ensure the safety of our staff and the quality of service.

If this has took place on a drop off service we will ask you to calculate the fuel cost it cost you to travel to and from our location and we will take that price off on your rescheduled appointment.

Damage Claims

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Claims will be investigated thoroughly. If found to be the result of our service, we will take reasonable steps to repair or compensate for the damage.

Photography & Marketing

We may take before and after photos of your vehicle for quality control and promotional purposes.

No personal or identifying information will be shared. Please notify us in advance if you do not consent to photos being used.

Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying customers.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
