At Stratos Auto Group, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.
However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of your detail, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly address any concerns and, if necessary, schedule a rework at no additional cost.
Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where services were not rendered as agreed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
